Who is responsible
Move to Brussels is run by Jonathan Druitt. For any question about your data, email hello@movetobrussels.com.
What is collected
- Enquiry form: your name, email, where you are moving from, your nationality category and your message.
- Checklist sign-up: your first name, email, your consent, and optionally when you plan to move.
The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why it is used
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the relocation support you ask about (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To send you the checklist and, where you have ticked the box, occasional practical tips about moving to Brussels (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes it
Forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to an email inbox hosted by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Vercel. Your details are not sold or shared with anyone else unless you ask to be introduced to a partner, such as a removal firm or letting agent.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to help with your move and for up to two years afterwards. Checklist sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to hello@movetobrussels.com or replying "unsubscribe" to any email. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
